About Dharma
The Dharma School of Thought was founded in 2020 by Ally Delshad Tehrani, with the vision of creating a space for a deeper understanding of the human being, the mind, and contemporary life. Dharma was initially known primarily for its scientific and educational podcasts, but over time it moved beyond the format of an audio medium and became a platform for dialogue, writing, meditation, media experiences, and intellectual inquiry.
Along this path, philosophy, cognitive science, neurophilosophy, narrative, art, and lived human experience come together—not to offer definitive answers, but to open a space for observation, reflection, and questioning.
This school is an effort to create a safe and empathetic space, free from superficiality and closed ideological orientations; a place for those seeking a more precise understanding of the mind, human experience, and their relationship with existence. What Dharma seeks is to move closer to a form of wisdom that emerges through dialogue, knowledge, experience, and an honest encounter with the complexities of the human being and the world.
